Please do not submit clinical records or urgent health information through a public website form.

We use this information to answer you, manage Early Access, operate and protect the website, understand interest in Heyrafiki and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use Waitlist details for third-party advertising.

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery and our private Waitlist database. They process information only to provide those services to Heyrafiki.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect a person from an immediate and serious threat.

We keep Waitlist information while Early Access is active or until you ask us to remove it. Other messages are kept only for as long as the conversation, business need or law requires.

We use HTTPS, access controls and limited internal access. No online service can promise absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to its processing.
