What Practitioners ask us First.
Do I work for Heyrafiki?
No. You stay an independent Practitioner with your own Practice, rates, availability and Clients. Heyrafiki is the Infrastructure underneath: the accreditation, the billing and the tools.
What does it cost?
Joining is free, with a 15% platform fee per Session. Practitioner Pro is KES 1,999 a month with 0% commission, every Inbox channel and premium Finance tools. Every price is on the Pricing page before you apply.
Who controls the Scribe, and what does my Client see?
You do, Session by Session. Iris joins only when you bring her in, and your Client is notified in the Room when she does. Notes stay drafts until you approve them, and you can turn her off mid-Session.
Can I bring my existing Clients?
Yes. Invite your current caseload and use the Booking, Notes and Payment tools with them from day one. There are no quotas and no exclusivity.
What if a Client books and never shows?
Self-paying Clients pay when they book, and Heyrafiki holds the money until the Session happens. Show up and deliver the Session, and it releases to you Instantly, straight to M-PESA or your bank. You never chase a no-show for payment.
What do I need to join?
